Bcn Urbaness del COMTE is located very close to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, a 20 minutes wall or 2 metro stops with Line 1 Urgell. The hotel is in the heart of the Eixample district, very close to a wide range of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The rooms are modern and comfortable with a neat and clean design. All have a bathroom inside the room, Smart TV, as well as a safe and a hairdryer. The hotel has rooms for reduced mobility, only available in double rooms on request, which must be confirmed in writing by the Hotel. HOTEL POLICY A credit card is required before entry as a guarantee or a deposit of €100 in cash. Smoking is forbidden in all the Hotel under penalty. Visitors are not allowed access to the rooms. Luggage storage carries a surcharge of €2 per locker. Please note that bicycles, scooters or any similar vehicle are not allowed in the rooms or facilities of the Hotel.
