The apartments are located in a new area of the city, only 5-minutes walking distance from most commercial streets. They are also in close proximity to the historical centre. The cathedral and Jewish district are both about 3 km away. The train and bus stations are located some 15 minutes away. Barcelona Airport is some 112 km away while the Girona - Costa Brava Airport is just 18 km away. The complex consists of 33 new apartments spread over 6 floors located in the same building, with a shared lobby, a hotel safe and reception. The building is also air-conditioned and features lift access. WLAN access is also available, though subject to fees. In addition, guests have the use of a laundry room, which comes with a washing machine, dryer and irons. Parking facilities are also available for guests arriving by car (subject to fees). The apartments are outward facing and bright. A double bedroom (with 2 single beds or a double bed), full bathroom, kitchen and dining room feature as standard in all units.
